I'm working on the internal audit BRC 3.4 do you have anything such has a template for me.

I have one started and I've been working one it all day sofar and it's pretty much completed as for the questions, Altough if I could have an exemple It would reasure me that I didn't forget something !!

Here are some example templates i've put together for simple auditing questions to reference when doing internal audits and for logging and tracking any non-conformities. Hope these help.
