I have to make a HACCP plan of the commercial production of sauerkraut for a university assignment. I was wondering if there are any templates out there to help me make this plan.

If you type in HACCP Template in the search box, then it will display any posts relating to HACCP templates. I'm sure there will be something there that you can use.
