Does your pest control provider do training course? Ask them.

 

If you have to do your own presentation, start by identifying the pests most likely to affect your business and build around that.

 

There is information on http://www.bpca.org....169&title=flies that will give you an understanding of the pest, and build around the fact that GMP is paramount to avoid pests.
