Hi All,

I have just started a new position at a fresh produce manufacturer.

Their biggest client being Woolworths SA.

I need to develop a document that evaluates the quality and cutting standards of the fresh produce i.e sweet potatoe, butternut, potatoes etc.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Ashnee

Dear Ashnee,

IMEX, it is rather typical for  the client (especiallya large one) to be only too happy to supply their required specifications ?

They will undoubtedly be stricter than you forsee as realistically possible but at least they give you a starting (bargaining) point.
