Hi All,

Please advise if anyone has knowledge / experience with the sanitation of vegetables prior to further processing.

I am looking for guidelines and pointers.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Ashnee

Dear Ashnee,

"Vegetables" is a very wide scoped query.

If you try a little searching for "vegetables", I think you will find that there is considerable info. here on this topic.

Sanitisation options are  often regulated by local (or export) legislatory issues. And the availability- cost of low tech / high tech chemicals.

Further input is welcome of course.

Kind Regards,
