Model haccp plan due to the International Margarine Association of the Countries of Europe (1999). The purpose of this code is to provide guidance for the manufacturing of fat spreads under good hygienic conditions (GMP). It also offers the opportunity to obtain a complete and accurate picture of a process and its control measures (HACCP Plan).
