Hello Hello, I am in need of some help. We are attempting to be certified to BRC Issue 4. We are a high risk food packaging manufacturer and I am having a hard time trying to determine what work instructions we need. Our process includes extruded polystyrene packaging products. Any help would be appreciated!

To GMD:

Examples of work instructions that I can think of are:-

- How to select new supplier and how to monitor their performance

- How to select the raw materials

- How to clean your extrusion machine

- How to do the machine set up

- How to clean the machine

- How to handle the waste generated

- How to do some quality & food safety measurements / inspection on the items you produced

- How to store your products to ensure its cleanliness

- How to ensure finished product traceability

- How to handle customer complaint / recall

Etc.
