Hi,

Can someone explain what it means in Management review (2.1.4.1) Reviews include internal and external audit findings?

Does this means that they need to be discussed in the management review meeting or do we need to do a trend analysis of the audit findings?

Thank you,

Archana

Dear Archana

You have to do trend analysis of both internal and eternal audit findings and present them In Management Review, Also in this meeting discuss the NCA's and CAR's you have incurred.

Some recommended trend analyses to include in your Management Review (document and discuss):

- Customer complaints

- Product holds

- Non-conforming product

- CAPA

- Pest control

- Maintenance (preventive and non-scheduled)

- Internal audit findings

- Customer (2nd party) audit findings

- 3rd Party audit findings

Just think of what your KPIs (Key Process Indicators) are. If they can be tracked and  and contribute to your company's continuous improvent committment (and contribute to your company's continuous improvent committment) this is good info for your Management Review meeting(s).
