I previously worked in industry for 14 years (including Food & FMCG Sector for 7 yrs) in marketing, sales/pre-sales, strategy, product management, operations, quality (plant and corporate), projects, new product development, E-Business and Consumer services functions

I currently head an MNC management consulting firm advising clients on Strategic Performance Management (Balanced Scorecard, Net Promoter Score), Process and Operations Excellence (World Class Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma) and Business / Predictive Analytics areas.
