Hi,

After looking for some basic HACCP documents for use in a new restaurant, i chanced upon this site.

It is refreshing to see others who may not be bound to HACCP procedures by law, but strive to implement superior methods of quality control in their workplaces.

So its hello from me, and i hope i can be of assistance to others wherever possible.
