I am trying to write a food safety manual for ISO 22 000 certification.

I work in a company that produces food packaging from carton and boards.

Can anyone help as I don't have much experience in this?

I presume you mean a manual akin to the Quality Manual of ISO9001

 

There are 2-3 examples on this forum if you try searching for iso22000 (iso(space)22000 will only work with google due 4letter minimum)
