I have recently started working for a growing company making specialty foods and sauces. I'm in production mostly including cooking, packing etc
Iv been given an offer of quality control to help new additional management staff sort of bring the place upto international standards over a two year plan.
I'm interested in the haccp training and the opportunity to learn and grow with the company.
This site seems like a good way to ask questions and browse files n policies which will be similar to what we will be implementing, I would also relish the chance to get statistics and advice from similar factories who operate at high international standards.
