Unfortunately it depends on the details of your processes and possibly the intended usage.

 

If you are seeking a generic set of principles I suggest you consult the Codex Food Hygiene document / haccp section

Yes, that is why I suggested you check "Codex".

 

Not sure if you are familiar with HACCP but "food hygiene" is an important Prerequisite topic.

I am always mildly amused with this type of request, it signifies a certain naivety, both in terms of HACCP and in terms of the work one HAS to put into producing one....

Barrie, I agree with you.

 

Even if we could provide such a thing, it may not be what they really needed as the term HACCP can be so mis-used.  I have often heard people call the entire food safety system called a HACCP system, which it is but it isn't. So do they need the actual plan, all of the prerequisite systems, including SOP's.
