Been on for a wee while now and thought I would give a quick intro. I have worked in the Food Industry for 10 years now, most of that time was spend working with fresh meat however, I have now moved onto Whisky and Rum bottling and have done this for 3 years. I have always worked in a Quality role and I now have responsibility for retaining accreditations along with many other things.
I'm hoping to be able to use this forum to bounce ideas and suggestion off of people
