an update on acrylamide exposure assessment is a good topic for chemist
there is an increasing interest on MCPD (monochloro-prapanodiol esters)
aflatoxin B1 seems to be one of the most often occurring hazards in RASFF
for food safety management there is need to benchmark different standards (e.g. GFSI)
there is also a need to have a general idea about the CCPs that are most frequently monitored. you can assess that on national level
