Does anyone have a cleaning procedure for a proofer that they could possible share or some ideas as to how best clean it..

Hi, HACCPCOR;

 

I assume this is a dough proofer? Have you consulted with the manufacturer? e.g. reactive metals (aluminum and composite construction) require low caustic detergents and non-acid sanitizers, all stainless is much more forgiving... so more info on the model/design will be helpful.
