Just wanted to say hi, to you all. Just found this forum whilst browsing an answer to a Haccp level 4 question.

I work in the frozen food sector, 10 years experience. BSc (hons) in Technical management and Quality Assurance, currently work in Research and Development.

Look forward to some interesting discussions.

I guess location would important if Scottish, then Lt. Commader, if from Devon, then Captain.
