Hello,

We are also BRC certified site like marshall. We dont experienced so far resistance from our management when we had our monthly and management review meetings. Besides the benefits of doing the actual meetings are you really discussed the real things/issues and planning of solving it is done in a specific time scale. During audit you can answer the auditor easily coz what are written in your minutes actually happened, reviewed and corrected.

regards,

redfox

Hello Guys,

Humor should always creep in.

I have always purposed to have an MRM meeting Twice in a year and a month after an internal audit.

This way you find that Gaps have been identified and closed ,much is agreeing on Continuous improvement.

The agenda is Divinely from the standard.

The agenda is simply Chaperoned my the 'Many hats' to provide for objectivity.

With Many hats' engagement you cant miss humour.

Cheers!

I find it easier to face the real issues by using humor to break the ice so to speak.
