when reading the HACCP standard, I know that to list all the hazards associating with a specific product, you must access the records of cases happend, customer complaints. Does anyone knows if there is a document or regulation specifies hazards associating with that product. My company product is edible soybean oil. Thank you!

I assume you mean safety hazards.

The nearest i have seen to a general  microbial answer -

The Book - Microorganisms in Foods vol 6 (2005), compiled by ICMSF

Chemical - general - no idea

Physical - Canada issues a useful review/compilation  which is posted on this forum

Note that local regulatory tolerances for all 3 categories may exist for specific hazards/products/product presentations.

Kind Regards,
