Hello, I been working on making an Avanti Market (Micro Market) SOP that breaks everything down from delivery, stocking, rotation (SBD) (FIFO), Replenishing, cleaning, temperature monitoring of the cooler/freezer and food, and equipment care. Does anyone have anything they can share so I can have a basic idea of how to set this up? I never dealt with an Avanti Market before nor any kind of equipment services.
Any help would be great.
