Hi everyone,

 

My name is Paul and I am currently a Quality/Technical manager working in the food industry.

 

I have found this web site quite interesting and look forward to interacting with you all.

 

I hope to pick up some hints and tips, so I may carry out my job better, and maybe pass on some help from my own experiences within the industry.

 

I specialise in allergen management and, to this end, I am our site lead with responsibility to ensure compliance with law and BRC standards.
