I've been working in the Food Industry in Australia for 40 years. Most recently as the National Technical Manager for SGS Australia Pty Ltd, the largest Certifying Body in Australia, and a multi-billion-dollar company globally. I am a Food Safety Auditor qualified in BRC, SQF, Australian Retailer Standards (Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, McDonalds, Costco, Minor DKL), FreshCare, ISO22000, ISO9001 etc. I have extensive industrial experience across the food industry and qualified to audit most industry categories.
