Can someone please point me in the direction of where to find a FSANZ standard relating to non-dairy milk substitute or fermented milk substitutes, more specifically anything on "coconut yoghurt", and other nut- and seed-based beverages which seem to be gaining momentum in New Zealand and Australia.
I tried working my way through the FSANZ website but there's not much related to milk substitutes I could find.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks very much!!!
