Am a food safety expert having being in the food industry for the more 15 years and in the food safety industry specifically for the past three years. Am a trained ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System Internal and Lead Auditor and Trainer, Am also a trained ISO 9000:2008 Food Safety Management System Internal and Lead Auditor.
I have implemented both standards in hospital's catering services, Private members clubs and currently doing Hotels.
I hope to gain more knowledge and share what i know in this forum.
