Greetings,

I am looking for recommendations on effective Listeria educational videos for employees who work in a ready to eat meat plant.

Thank you in advance!

Years ago, we used a Silliker training video that included a dramatized l.mono outbreak and company reaction.  I think the title was, "Controlling Listeria: A team approach"  I found it dated and like most semi-pro dramatizations you can see the acting (if you couldn't see the acting, they'd be A and B-listers and not spending time acting in training videos, right?)  But I recall it being accurate and getting the point across.  I remember a title, "A Lot on the Line," as well, I don't remember if it's the same video of a different name or if these were two different vidoes.
