[BRCGS Technical]

At the BRC Global Standards team we have received a number of enquiries about the practical implementation of this clause in circumstances where it is not practical to lock all external openings of tanks, for example wineries with extensive external storage tank farms.  As a consequence we have agreed the attached position statement.
