I am a QA technician in a low risk milling industry. My partner, another QA technician, and I are looking for a SQF implementation training since we were asked for getting the plant SQF certified. We all just graduated from the university couple years ago without any experiences ans supports for setting up a new system. Fortunately, we have food sciences background and our plant is HACCP verified, but still challenge for us. We have read SQF code word by word but doesn't make any sense. As I know, we need to be trained and still have a long way to go.
- My first question is does the in class training vs online training make any differences?
- Beside SQF code, what other learning materials should we read? (We have done the HACCP training at school)
- Is there any example SQF documents available that we could borrow?
- Any great suggestions?
