Im glad to find this comunity.
Im new in the poultry slaughterhouse and the team now is working to revised the HACCP study, i must come whit inputs but it is new for me so i must do some research.
So if someone can give some references (docs, links, so on) for poultry slaughterhouse HACCP, any info is helpful.
I try to find on internet but are old (1996). the slaughterhouse will be audited against BRC V7.
