Hi saenath,

download and read the Standard ?

Some of it is very similar to BRC Food, eg Supplier Approval, if you know about that already ?

If you use the BRC Agents & Brokers Self Assessment Tool (downloadable here: http://www.brcglobal...px#.Vs8aQPmLQdU) you can compare the standard to your current practices.

Beware the risk assessment though! We spent many hours on it as it is not a HACCP plan, and still had a non-conformance against it. You need to think of every requirement and possible risk!

Hi Saenath,

I removed yr duplicate topic to avoid confusion.

You included a question as to "how to prepare a haccp plan".

It may be necessary for you to consider seeking a consultant. (But depending on yr own Technical Resources)
