The quality manual for noodle processing is a simple one as it involve extrusion of dough and cooking of the noodles the normal quality & food manual is consists of the following
1. Management Statement
2. Scope of the system
3. Product descriptions (u can group similar products)
4. Process diagram
5.Hazard Analysis
6 Hazard Audit Tables
7 Supporting programs including cleaning procedures and record, supplier managment, CCP validation procedures and records etc
8. Validation schedule
9. Procedure for product recall
10. Site MAP
you will find examples (templates) on internet just google it HACCP for noodles.
