Sorry I cant convert the database to 2003. I tried but I use objects from 2007 and up.

Hi Dongilles,

No problem. i shall probably be obliged to upgrade at some time. Thanks for trying.

From the Word documents, looks like a hybridisation of (Codex + ISO).

Kind Regards,

Charles.C

Hello all,

I update the database in Dropbox. the new version is 0.7

I changed the following:

  • I rebuild the database, everything is now in English so if you want to use it yourselfs its a lot easier to add something
  • Added some new CCP (OPRP) parameters to complete so everyhing the codex needs is added
  • Added a management tab so when you change something you can add that there so you always have a record of all changes
  • Tweaked some of the appearance so its easier to use

I have seen that many people have downloaded the database, I hope you all will leave some comments on what is good or what needs to bo changed.

The new version can be found at: https://www.dropbox....4NYruR_uBa?dl=0

Hi Dongilles,

Afaik, Codex is 100% unaware/unrelated to OPRP ?.

This is an ISO invention. Or, IMO, more of an ISO abomination.

But perhaps something has recently changed within Codex-HACCP.

Kind Regards,

Charles.C

True the codex and OPRP are unrelated.

Personally I find OPRP usefull for some hazards that need extra attention but is not a CCP.

Also in my experience auditors like to see them. That is why I incorperated them into the database.

FSSC22000 also works with OPRP's

Just had the first audit (BRC) with my own system and the auditor was very pleased with what he saw. So I am very pleased with this!

I am also a bit sad, eventhough the database has been downloaded several times no comments on what works or what does not work... I hoped for at least some feedback.

(sorry charles not counting your feedback because you can not open the file)

I have downloaded it and played around some.

Been busy here with audits and the like so have not had sufficient time to provide any constructive feedback.

I'll get to it shortly.

Hello,

I know that this has thread has not been touched for a year, but I am really hoping that this is still available.  The links on this page appear to be dead.  Would anyone happen to have this file available?

This used to be available in excel format and sadly I've changed companies and did not bring it with me.  Here is a link to the CFIA hazard database.  Its is a wee bit clunky at first but IMEX is worth it. It is a very broad database that can be filtered for your process.

NOTE; there may be some referances to the FSEP manual within the database see link below

Please stop referring to me as Sir/sirs

Hello all,

Sorry for the delay, Simon and I had several idea's how to do this, sadly they did not work but now we have a solution.

The latest version is downloadable through the following link:

https://www.dropbox....4NYruR_uBa?dl=0

There are 4 documents:

MyQRA procedure, this is the procedure how the risk assessment works

MyQRA Manual, this is a simple (ugly) manual for how to use the database

MyRA: Is the actual database

MyRA_back-up: This document that access automaticly makes so you do not need this.

Note, this is just an alpha build of my database, there may be some problems. Also this manual does not go in the workings of MS Access, if you want to use this alpha version you need to have some basic understanding of Access.

The documents in the dropbox link will be update when needed so they will always be the latest version of the database.

Currently the database is at version 0.6

So please check it out and leave comments here. If there are any questions please let me know and hopefully you all can make good use of the programm.

Hi

Seems very interesting, is there a new link available for this?
