Welcome to the Forum !

 

It's true that the road is not always short but the length much depends on yr internal/external resources.

 

This forum can certainly assist with a lot of typical SQF queries however most Companies find it necessary to invest in external training such as with respect to the "Practitioner" function.

 

Anyway please don't hesitate to initiate a topic or join any of the variety of topics running here. Most of us started from FS ground level so we well know what it feels like.
