can someone help me with the step by step  validation process for the ASEBI (All Surface Empty Bottle Inspection).

Hi Nelisa,

 

This would normally be done as per the manufacturer's guidelines. At the commissioning stage the equipment should have been validated for its effectiveness in removing bottles with anticipated faults such as chips, cracks, residual liquid, foreign bodies and dirty bottles if appropriate.

 

Subsequent to this checks should be in place to verify the equipment is working correctly using test bottles.

 

If you don't have any data or procedures then I suggest that you contact the manufacturer.
