I have 4 Lomas that I use. I am quite happy with them. Customer service is great, the onsite tech that comes out once a year is great with training also. The ease of operation/checks is great. The menus aren't hard to understand at all. That being said, I have never used Safeline. I am strictly speaking from my experiences with Loma. Good luck!

We mostly see Loma in our travels to our SQF clients in the states and when asked why we are almost always told that they have great customer service, available techs that come to the facility, ease of operation over over metal detectors and cost effective operation over others.

We are using LOMA had some issues on startup,  but the sales, service and factory guys took care of us and units have been running without problems.  We do get an occasional "Low Drive Fault" now and then.  We have not been able to figure out why.  We restore the drive and it works fine until the next time???

Relative Cost/Specifications/intended application just might be relevant ????
