Contact time for sanitation of equipment

Hi, MDG;

This is very much dependent on the type of PAA you employ for sanitation and it's concentration. I would consult with your provider for specifics if you do not have access to spec sheets or SDS. Here is an attachment from EnviroTech which list multiple dwell times based on log reduction of pathogens, ppm, and water temp/quality.

Hello,

We use peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide as a sanitiser for dairy machinery. What will be the minimum contact time for surface sanitation. Does any guidelines available from food regulatory  agency.

Thank you and regards,
