Hi, My name is Leighton Price and I am part of the Quality Assurance department in a Gluten free bakery. Stumbled across this forum and thought it would be a useful tool to use to learn and get advise from professionals in the same industry who have similar problems. The bakery has BRC audits as well as separate supplier Audits (Tesco, Asda etc.) so I am always looking at ways to improve Hygiene, quality, procedures, basically all aspects of the site and I am looking forward to hearing tips and advise from experienced colleagues.
