Thanks Simon, much appreciatedI don't have a supplier questionairre for sending to customers, but I have a Supplier Audit Checklist and Report. They are a few years old so not sure how aligned they are with BRC/IOP; some things may not be relevant. Hopefully they will help you. Regards,Simon

Hi reveur, thanks for reporting the problem. A recent upgrade of the forums software caused some attachments to become corrupted and they are no longer able to be opened. Where this occurs we try to find the original to reattach. Since I posted the files originally I should have or be able to find them somewhere.
