Hello everybody here, I am Dr. Abdel-Rahim Hassan, I am associate professor of Food Safety and Technology. I have been working as faculty staff member at Food Hygiene and Control Department in Beni-Suef University since 2006. While I had some postdoctoral stays abroad at Food Science department of UAB (Spain). I am also a certified trainer in the field of food safety and Food Safety Management System since 2014.
