I am a Food Technologist, graduated from Calicut University in India.Working in a bakery and catering manufacturing company in Dubai.
Experienced in Quality Management with a 2 years of working in the bakery, catering, and ice cream manufacturing industry.

 

 

Certifications: HABC LEVEL 3 award in HACCP and PIC Level 3 according to approved  scheme of Dubai Municipality.

 

 

 Skilled in GMP/HACCP/ISO implementation, research, lab experience, negotiation, food safety management, decision making, and MS-office. Strong quality assurance professional.
