Any help on Line clearance in a food processing and packaging industry before a changeover?

One important topic is the emptying of the line. So that there is nothing wich can mix up with the next product or packaging.

I am sorry for not being clear, I wanted an example for an SOP on line clearing.

Hi Yogiv,

 

I don't think you necessarily need to go down the route of an SOP unless you see it as an internal requirement/ you have a complicated inter-process cleaning methodology. I have found that one line either on a label check sheet (or form of that ilk specific to the product being packed) that says "Line clear of previous run". See attached file for reference. I hope this helps. It has got me through 2 audits on BRC V6 and 2 audits on V7
