Hello
We set our limits based on our testing done in the plant. We monitored for 6 months and developed a limit after reviewing our results. We continue to monitor to see if there are any spikes that would trigger an investigation and corrective action.

Hi Richard,
Thks for input.
Unfortunately data is primarily targeted to clean rooms/pharmaceuticals/sterile environments
Nonetheless some of the data/comments hv previously come up on this Forum in respect to aseptic food manufacturing processes/packaging / sterile filtration units.
@RDJ - So what is yr Process ? Still this ? -
I am currently working in a fresh produce company. Our products are vegetables, fruits, fresh juices and ready to eat meals
Kind Regards,
