Hi Bhupendra,

You will need SOP's to cover all your operations, to comply with FSSC 22000 you will need a complete food safety management system.

Kind regards,

Tony

To avoid confusion I will elaborate on the previous post, the FSSC 22000 Certification Scheme for food and feed safety management systems, which are in compliance with the publicly available food safety management systems standard ISO 22000 ‘Requirements for any organization in the food chain’, technical specifications for sector PRPs and additional Scheme requirements.

The requirements for the FSSC 22000 Scheme for food manufacturing are in three parts:

ISO 22000:2005 Food safety management systems - Requirements for any organization in the food chain https://www.iso.org/...dard/35466.html
ISO 22000:2005 specifies requirements for a food safety management system where an organization in the food chain needs to demonstrate its ability to control food safety hazards in order to ensure that food is safe at the time of human consumption.

ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 Prerequisite programmes on food safety - Part 1: Food manufacturing https://www.iso.org/...dard/44001.html
ISO/TS 22002-1 specifies requirements for establishing, implementing and maintaining prerequisite programmes (PRP) to assist in controlling food safety hazards.
ISO/TS 22002-1 is applicable to all organizations, regardless of size or complexity, which are involved in the manufacturing step of the food chain and wish to implement PRP in such a way as to address the requirements specified in ISO 22000:2005, Clause 7.
ISO/TS 22002-1 is neither designed nor intended for use in other parts of the food supply chain.

FOOD SAFETY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION 22000 Part II: Requirements for Certification http://www.fssc22000...cation-v4.1.pdf

Kind regards,

Tony
