I think it was a typo in edition 7.2 of the code. SQF 8.0 includes and does not have a .4


  12.3.8 Sanitary Facilities Toilet rooms shall be: i. Designed and constructed so that they are accessible to staff and separate from any food handling operations; ii. Accessed from the warehouse or product handling area via an airlock vented to the exterior or through an adjoining room; iii. Sufficient in number for the maximum number of staff; iv. Constructed so that they can be easily cleaned and maintained; and v. Kept clean and tidy. Sanitary drainage shall not be connected to any other drains within the premises and shall be directed to a septic tank or a sewerage system. Procedure shall be documented and implemented to properly manage sewage back-ups in order to minimize the potential for contamination.
