Hi Usman,
What you need is a method/program to prevent the "crack and whole".

It might be useful to know the process more. What is the crack and hole caused by? What hazard does that create? Strictly speaking you can have a machine which is solely there to remove a hazard which shouldn't really have been there (metal detectors for example) and that could be a CCP or oPRP depending on what other controls are in place but I agree with Charles, from a control point of view you'd prefer to eliminate the hazard in the first place rather than remove it once it's there.
Perhaps explain a bit more?

Hello Usman,
It seems that you are putting cameras to detect the defects as you hole and cracks? Didnt you have corrective action to eliminate that defects? I understand that you only remove the defective cans, but are not addressing the root cause of that defects.
