Just wanted to ask how to compute for the exact F0 value if my holding time is 6.5 mins, 10 mins, 11 mins, and 12 mins at 121 degs? i ve read a lot of articles and formula about F0 values but im still getting confused. Sterility trials for the new retort chamber for infant formula. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you are dealing with a low acid product and a sensitive population ( infants) you may want to hire a thermal processing specialist. You have not given any information as to your background for example are you a microbiologist. There is much that can go wrong and the danger is real.
