Good Morning, 

 

I am having trouble updating our policies and procedures to adhere to the new SQF code Ed. 8. Especially doing the hazard analysis for PPE. Does anyone have examples of the hazard analysis.

 

 

Also, would anyone recommend the Implementation Documents for Code 8 sold on this website?

I have an attachment to my personnel SOP that goes through each area of the plant/production process and notes the risk of contamination from personnel and the associated PPE requirements for that task to mitigate the risk. It ends with a map of the facility where I've outlined where hairnets and/or clothing is required.
