How do I have an independent auditor when there are only two of us trained in HACCP, two of us doing everything for our SQF training? I have a team of 12 people. We are tiny. I can't train a packaging associate to audit me on my management documentation and SOPS.
Can I audit myself or is it void in the eyes of my SQF auditor when he evaluates my internal audits?

The SQF Auditor will take into consideration the size of your operation along with 1-2 people wearing many hats.
