Employees were clean clothing in good repair to work

Aprons/gloves are made of material that will not contaminate the product

Utensils/equipment are inspected prior to use to ensure they are intact and clean

For gloves/aprons you can reference CFIAs old (no longer updated) list of approved materials (it covers everything, gloves aprons, paint, lubricant etc) to make sure your items are approved, if not on this list, approval from NSF or a statement of claim from the manufacturer will work.

For the procedure for purchasing, you simply need a statement that product will be verified that it will not be a source of contamination prior to purchasing (you asked for approvals or researched the item yourself BEFORE it arrives at your plant)

Don't make this bullet more complicated than it needs to be

Because we always have is never an appropriate response!
