hi there FS folks.....wondering who, if any, irradiates where you are?  I'm curious and thinking about digging deeper to replace the pasteurizer (shelf stable acidified product)

Thoughts?

Dear Scampi,

You will need to declare that your product has been irradiated (at least for the European market). That may scare a part of your consumers.

Kind regards,

Ah, not worried about that. Most of the general public have no idea what the symbol means.

I don't mean to sound crass, but it's true. Just like names of cuts of meat or grade standards for vegetables/fruits, the general public doesn't know what they mean
