Good afternoon has anyone heard of any new regulations and or inspection protocols to ship frozen products into Canada from the US? I was speaking to a customer today that said he heard that frozen shipments are being stopped and inspected at the border. Any in-formation would be helpful

Thank you

Imports have always been subjected to random inspections.....perhaps your customer just has been lucky?

Everything you would need to know about FDA regulations regarding imports would be covered under CFR Title 21

https://www.accessda...h.cfm?CFRPart=1

Also regarding Customs and Border protection,

I read that wrong.Initially I thought it said Canada to US. Scampi provided that link,
